Join us for a beginner’s journey into the world of foraging. Learn how to approach your ecosystem through a culinary lens. We’ll touch on topics like; sustainable harvesting, environmental stewardship, and a vast array of culinary applications for the available wild edible species.
You'll meet seasoned foraging guide Jordan Madley at a location within 2 hours of Toronto, for a 3 hour guided session. Details will be emailed to participants a week prior. Feel free to bring a notepad and pen, take photos, and ask loads of questions. These events run rain or shine. Dress for the weather. We always suggest long sleeves, footwear for uneven terrain, long pants, sunscreen and a good amount of hydration.
