1. Acknowledgment of Risk

I acknowledge that I will be participating in the following activities offered by Madley Wild Inc.:

• Guided foraging walks
• Outdoor hiking
• Handling and consuming wild foods
• Food preparation
• Consumption of alcoholic beverages

I understand that these activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Slips, trips, and falls
• Exposure to natural elements (weather, terrain, wildlife)
• Allergic reactions to wild or foraged ingredients
• Illness or food-related complications
• Risks associated with alcohol consumption

2. Assumption of Responsibility

I confirm that:

• I am in good physical health and capable of participating in these activities
• I will exercise reasonable care and follow all instructions provided by Madley Wild staff
• I will disclose all allergies, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions in advance
• I understand that wild foods and foraged ingredients may vary in appearance, taste, and properties
• I take full responsibility for my health and safety during participation

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Madley Wild Inc., Jordan Madley, all employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in these activities, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Allergic reactions or food-related illness
• Accidents or incidents occurring during activities
• Any consequences related to alcohol consumption

I understand that this release is binding and applies to all foreseeable and unforeseeable risks.

4. Alcohol Acknowledgment

I confirm that:

• I am of legal drinking age (19 years or older in Ontario)
• I will consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in moderation
• I understand the risks associated with alcohol consumption
• I accept full responsibility for any consequences resulting from my alcohol consumption
• I will not operate vehicles or engage in dangerous activities while under the influence

5. Food & Allergy Disclaimer

I acknowledge that:

• Madley Wild Inc. activities involve wild and foraged ingredients with inherent risks
• Wild foods may contain allergens or cause unexpected reactions
• I am responsible for communicating all allergies and dietary restrictions in advance
• I will not consume any food or beverage if I am uncertain about ingredients or potential allergens
• Madley Wild Inc. is not responsible for allergic reactions or food-related illness if allergies were not disclosed

6. Photo & Media Release

I grant Madley Wild Inc. permission to photograph and/or video record me during activities for use in marketing materials, social media, website content, and promotional purposes.
